Frame the question and distinguish checked facts from what remains unverified.
Start with one question
Each guide states what it aims to explain. We distinguish information about a procedure from material that helps readers prepare for a consultation.
Connect claims with sources
Explanations based on public material include the original source and review date. A clinic’s own statements are distinguished from independently checked facts.
Keep uncertainty visible
We do not estimate values to fill missing information. We record differences between sources and update information only after checking it again.
Identify authors and relationships
Articles identify the actual author and publication and revision dates. Relevant institutional relationships are explained; we do not invent authors or reviewers.
