First Rejuran treatment: is 2cc enough for the whole face, or do I need 4cc?

What do reviews say about Rejuran 2cc and 4cc?

Some people received 2cc across the face; others received it only in both cheeks. With 4cc, some included the forehead, while others excluded it and treated the cheeks and neck. The same volume did not mean the same treatment area.

Among 3,698 Gangnam Unni reviews, 311 mentioned 2cc or 4cc; the relevant Babitalk set contains 809 reviews. Volume mentions also include earlier treatments and future plans, so they do not all describe the amount received on the current occasion.

Can 2cc of Rejuran be used across the whole face?

Some clinics distribute 2cc across the face; others offer it mainly for the cheeks or butterfly zone. Cream Clinic Anyang Beomgye describes a first 2cc full-face treatment to assess the response, whereas Fullface Clinic lists 2cc for the butterfly zone and 4cc for the whole face.

Ezer Dermatology Clinic says 2–4cc is often used for an adult woman’s whole face. Because clinic guidance differs, “2cc available” should not be taken to mean that the forehead and chin are included in the booked package.

A reviewer who received 2cc across the face described less tightness from dryness. Another chose between concentrating the same 2cc on a concern area and spreading it evenly. The preferred distribution depends on whether the main concern is dry cheeks or also the forehead and mouth area.

Is 4cc enough for the whole face?

Some clinics list 4cc as full-face treatment, but that does not automatically include every area. Fullface Clinic and YOU&I Clinic Hwaseong Bongdam describe 4cc for the whole face. Cream Clinic Anyang Beomgye also suggests comparing 4cc when concerns cover a wide area or previous 2cc coverage felt insufficient.

Reviews include satisfaction with evenly distributed full-face 4cc, but also a reviewer whose larger face made the same amount feel insufficient. Another received 4cc in the cheeks and neck rather than the forehead. Distinguish perceived sufficiency from the areas actually included.

For coverage from forehead to chin, choose a package with listed areas rather than relying on “full face.” If an eye-area product or neck treatment is added, check the amount of Rejuran allocated to the face separately.

Should I start with 2cc and increase to 4cc next time?

Starting with 2cc does not mean you must increase to 4cc next time. Cream Clinic Anyang Beomgye describes both assessing the initial response with 2cc and comparing 4cc when a broad area remained unsatisfactory after an earlier treatment.

Reviews describe both directions. One person wanted 4cc next time after finding 2cc insufficient; another started with 4cc and continued with 2cc, reporting relief from dryness. The latter had repeated injector treatments three weeks apart, so volume was not the only difference.

If 2cc suited your cheeks but left you wishing the untreated forehead had been included, compare broader coverage next time. If the same area was treated but the change disappointed you, revisit the product, method and elapsed time. Disappointing effects and an untreated target area are different concerns.

Is 4cc including an eye-area product or HB the same package?

Distinguish 4cc of Healer from a package adding Rejuran I for the eye area. Fullface Clinic separates Original full-face 4cc from an optional additional 1cc of I. Cream Clinic Anyang Beomgye also lists Healer, HB Plus and I Healer separately.

A Babitalk reviewer described 4cc of Rejuran plus 2cc of I as 6cc in total. That does not mean 6cc of facial Healer alone. Another received 2cc of Rejuran in both cheeks and 2cc of a hydrating injectable in the forehead and chin. A combined 4cc is not the same as 4cc of Rejuran alone.

If the eye area is your main concern, distinguish increasing overall Healer volume from adding a separate I product. HB Plus is also a different product name, so compare like products when reviewing volume and price.

Should I compare manual injection and injectors alongside 2cc and 4cc?

Even at the same volume, injection method and extra charges change the package you book. Fullface Clinic describes manual injections; Lisse Dermatology Clinic lists Rejuran 2cc and Dermashine 2cc separately. A Babitalk reviewer also paid extra for an injector after booking 4cc.

Rejuran combined with Potenza differs according to whether it is applied to the skin or injected. A Gangnam Unni reviewer described Potenza while Rejuran was spread over the face. A product listing of 2cc does not make that equivalent to distributing 2cc through facial injections.

Alongside 2cc and 4cc prices, compare manual versus machine injection and any extra fee. Compare actual injected volume and method separately rather than assuming an injector provides the same effect with less product.

How do three 2cc sessions differ from one 4cc session?

Three 2cc sessions total 6cc, while one 4cc session totals 4cc: volume and visits both differ. Cream Clinic Anyang Beomgye also distinguishes distribution within one session from repeated sessions. A multi-session package is not equivalent to receiving a larger volume at once.

Lisse Dermatology Clinic lists Rejuran 2cc at KRW 230,000 for one session and KRW 630,000 for three, versus KRW 460,000 for one 4cc session. At the same clinic, Dermashine 2cc is KRW 270,000 and HB 2cc is KRW 300,000. These are that clinic’s prices, all excluding VAT.

A reviewer described disappointment after three 2cc sessions elsewhere, followed by 4cc. But the clinic, method and timing also changed. That experience cannot establish that one 4cc session is better than three 2cc sessions. Compare volume per session and total sessions alongside cost.

Should I choose 2cc if my skin is thin or I worry about pain?

Thin skin alone does not determine whether 2cc or 4cc is appropriate. YOU&I Clinic Hwaseong Bongdam discusses skin-barrier condition, dryness and coverage together; Cream Clinic Anyang Beomgye compares volumes according to initial response and concern areas.

Read pain experiences separately. One person recommended 4cc chose 2cc and felt that choice was right because of pain, while still waiting for dryness improvement. Another found the first 4cc more painful than previous 2cc. Satisfaction with a volume choice is not necessarily satisfaction with skin results.

Another reviewer had liked 2cc elsewhere but described heat and an allergic reaction after the current 4cc. The account also mentions sensitive skin and a different clinic; it does not report a diagnosis identifying 4cc as the cause. If discomfort persists, having current symptoms assessed takes priority over increasing the next amount.

If a paper recommends 4cc for the whole face, must I receive that amount?

A paper’s full-face 4cc discussion is not a minimum requirement for everyone. Rho et al.’s 2024 paper surveyed 235 Korean dermatologists on PN treatment. In its discussion, the authors recommend 4cc for the whole face.

This was not a clinical trial directly comparing effects after 2cc and 4cc in comparable people. The published questionnaire tables also do not directly ask which of those two volumes respondents preferred, so it cannot become a statistic that “most doctors chose 4cc.”

Separate the research discussion from clinic packages. Clinics describe different options, including an initial full-face 2cc or partial 2cc versus full-face 4cc.

For a first Rejuran treatment, what should I compare before choosing 2cc or 4cc?

For cheeks or butterfly-zone concerns, start with the coverage of 2cc; for broader treatment through forehead and chin, check the areas included with 4cc. Some clinics spread 2cc across the face, so a smaller amount is not necessarily restricted to partial treatment.

For eye-area concerns, check separate I-product inclusion. Match Healer versus HB and manual versus machine delivery when comparing prices. If a previous treatment disappointed you, first clarify where you were treated and what you wanted to be different before increasing volume.

Some people described less tightness after 2cc; others still found 4cc insufficient. For a first treatment, compare target-area inclusion, product and session count rather than automatically choosing more.
