Any pending check pauses the total

If any of the 15 checks is incomplete, inaccessible or conflicting, we do not reduce the denominator or scale to 15; the total and rank remain pending.

Zero does not mean the service is absent

Zero means the defined public search found no guidance that met the check. It does not mean the underlying capability or service does not exist.

Ties remain ties

Equal scores share the same rank. Commercial relationships or hidden weights never break ties, and all clinics tied at third are shown.

Reviews and fame are excluded

Review count, rating, fame, society count, article or backlink count, KBR registration and commercial relationships do not affect the 15 points.

Every final decision links to original material

Each check stores the original URL, finding, check date and reviewer. A keyword alone cannot finalize a score.

Only completed eligible candidates are compared

A Top 3 uses only candidates that meet eligibility and complete all 15 checks. Fewer than three completed candidates are not presented as a Top 3.

คำถามเกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์

Does a high public-information score mean better clinical care?

No. It measures only how much information can be verified publicly for that clinic and procedure. It does not rank clinical skill, outcomes or safety.

Is information we could not verify scored as zero?

Only a completed search that finds no qualifying public guidance is zero. Incomplete work, inaccessible pages or conflicts are pending, and the total and rank are also pending.

Does any specialist automatically receive more points?

No specialty receives an automatic premium. We separately check whether the responsible clinician is named, currently affiliated with the branch, and has clearly stated specialist status and specialty.

Why are review counts and ratings excluded?

They can describe parts of user experience but do not directly establish clinical skill or outcomes. They are excluded from this public-information score.

Can “price after consultation” earn a cost point?

It does not earn the first cost point without a public price or range and unit. Inclusions/VAT and extra-cost conditions are judged independently.

Does a KBR link itself earn a point?

No. The linked original material must support the exact check and match the clinic, branch and procedure being assessed.
